Do I need to pay a deposit?
Absolutely not! We offer 100% no-deposit stays. Pay daily/weekly/monthly with no hidden fees.
What's the minimum stay?
Just 1 day! Stay a day, a week, or months. Total freedom.
Can I book and check in on the same day?
Yes! Our system works 24/7. Book instantly and receive your passcode immediately, even late at night.
What is your cancellation policy?
Free cancellation before 6 PM on the day of check-in. Specifics may vary by booking platform. We recommend booking via the Mini Program for easier cancellations.
Check-in
5 QsWhat ID is required for check-in?
Valid ID (ID card, passport, etc.) is required. Our system links to the police for real-name registration, ensuring everyone's safety.
Are your branches properly certified for safety and hygiene?
Yes. Jushe branches hold the required fire-safety certification and our staff hold valid health certificates. Add to that separated gender zones, full CCTV coverage, night patrols and police-linked ID verification. These are baseline requirements for a chain brand and something many independently run hostels simply do not have.
What are the check-in and checkout times?
Standard check-in is 14:00, but if beds are available, you can check in early. 24/7 self check-in. Early arrivals can store luggage for free.
How do I open the door?
After self-service real-name check-in at the kiosk, your receipt will show your room/bed and passcode. You will also receive an SMS with the passcode. Open the door and move in instantly, anytime.
Is there private storage in the dorms?
Yes! Each bed comes with a private locker for valuables and luggage. It's big enough for a large backpack or suitcase.
Are dorms separated by gender?
We do not have mixed dorms. Male and female guests stay in separate rooms.
Hygiene & Amenities
7 QsHow many times a day are the common areas and bathrooms cleaned?
One deep clean every morning, then a cleaning round every hour after that — 15+ rounds a day. Someone is responsible for hygiene from 7:30am to 11pm, and the night shift keeps checking the bathrooms hourly too. Most hostels clean common areas 2 to 4 times a day; we do it by the hour.
How often are the rooms cleaned?
Guest rooms are cleaned twice a day, once in the morning and once in the afternoon. Common areas and bathrooms get the morning deep clean plus an hourly round after that.
How often are linens washed?
Fresh linens for every guest. Bed sheets, duvet covers, and pillowcases are swapped out and sterilized by a professional third-party service.
Is there a free washing machine?
We have washers and dryers, separated by gender. Washing costs 2-3 RMB per load via scan-to-pay.
Is there 24/7 hot water?
Yes, all locations offer 24/7 hot showers and hot/cold drinking water dispensers.
Are toiletries provided?
We provide free disposable toiletry kits (toothbrush, toothpaste, etc.), plus shampoo and body wash.
Is the AC on 24/7?
When the outdoor temperature is 26°C or higher, the AC runs 24/7.
